Full payment terms will be agreed prior to work. Delays caused by incorrect measurements, site conditions, or client changes may incur additional charges.

All materials remain our property until full payment is received.

We are not liable for delays caused by suppliers, unforeseen site issues, or factors beyond our control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
